Strong Policies and Ethics
We ensure compliance of applicable laws of our country as well as import country and follow the government guidelines on labour laws and have never defaulted in payment of minimum wages. No child labour or forced labour are employed and all the statutory payments are made within the stipulated time. The group insurance is obtained for the safety and health of the workforce in addition to the safety and health precautions we take to prevent any accidents/injury to workers. We also provide clean drinking water, public utilities, a canteen, and soft music to create a better working environment.
